A light red skin, red streaked flesh fingerling. It has vigorous plant growth. It is a good yielding fingerling with many tubers per plant. Valley Rose was developed by a friend of ours and the name is a combination of the name of our CSA, Vermont Valley Community Farm, and her name, Emily Rose Haga.
